Welcoming Committee 

If your family is new to the district, you should have already received a packet from the Welcoming Committee - either in paper form or via an email from the TEMS main office. This packet contains various resources to help you adjust to the school and community. We are here to help answer your questions and ease your transition to the school. We would love to reach out to your family individually, but we need your permission to do so (by filling out the form in the packet. 

​New Family Coffees / Meeting

We have New Family Coffees / Meeting once per month so that people can connect with other newcomers as well as members of the Welcoming Committee. There is no official agenda and you can drop in for any part of the meeting. It's an informal way for us to get to know each other and to answer whatever questions you have. Each meeting date is planned ahead of time and is shared via the TEMS PTO email blast.

Volunteering for the Welcoming Committee

We are always looking for volunteers to join our welcoming committee. You don't need to be an expert, just wiling to help new families. If you are interested in welcoming new families and you would like to volunteer to be a part of the Welcoming Committee, please contact us!
