Curriculum Night Information

The Curriculum Night is an excellent opportunity for you to gain a better understanding of your child's academic schedule and connect with their teachers. To make the most of the event, we suggest:

1. Review your child's Day 1 schedule and list down their subjects and teachers/room in order.

2. This event is designed specifically for parents and guardians only. If your child must accompany you to the event, they will have to remain by your side at all times, so have something to keep them occupied.

5th and 6th grade

Curriculum Night will take place on Tuesday, September 12th, starting promptly at 7:00 p.m. The program is set to finish at 8:40 p.m.

7th and 8th Grade

Curriculum Night will take place on Thursday, September 7th, starting promptly at 7:00 p.m. The program is set to finish at 8:40 p.m.

Please consider sharing a ride with friends or neighbors.  The parking lots at T.E.M.S., Conestoga H.S., the Network Operations Center (Howellville Rd.), and the TESD Maintenance Building (Old Lancaster Rd.) will be available. Parking on the athletic fields via the main entrance may be available if they are not too soft for driving. Unfortunately, parking on Old Lancaster Road and Conestoga Road is not permitted.

Fall Sports

Stay informed and be prepared to join in the excitement of our fall sports program. Remind your 7th and 8th graders to check schoology and to listen carefully to school announcements regarding fall sports schedules and sign-ups.

All athletes must undergo a baseline ImPACT test before taking part in any sports activities. Students who have never completed an ImPACT test should bring their laptops to the cafeteria after school on either Tuesday, September 5th, or Wednesday, September 6th to complete the test. Further information can be found on Schoology.

Paperwork for any 7th and 8th grade students wanting to participate in a fall sport at TEMS is available on the Powerschool Parent Portal. Please visit the TEMS Athletics page for additional instructions:

Rea of Hope Reagan's Run

To honor Reagan Monast, a 6th Grader at TEMS and Wayne Wildcats Cheerleader, and the 3.4 million people living with epilepsy, we will host our second annual Reagan’s Run on Sunday, September 17, 2023, at Wilson Farm Park. Last year’s event drew in roughly 300 participants and raised nearly $30,000!

This 5K Fun Run AND one-mile walk aims to raise awareness and funds for epilepsy research. All proceeds go directly to CURE Epilepsy (Citizens United for Research in Epilepsy). The mission of CURE is to find a cure for epilepsy by promoting and funding patient-focused research.

Reagan’s Run is a family-friendly event with a raffle table, snacks, and many smiles! Please see details on signup below :
