PTO Meeting this Thursday!

We would like to  invite everyone to the very first PTO Meeting of the year!  It will be held Thursday, September 19th at 9:30 am in the Large Group Room (near the cafeteria down stairs) at TEMS. Please check in at the front office when you arrive.

Curriculum Night

Curriculum Night is a great opportunity to understand your child's academic schedule and meet their teachers.For details, check Dr. DiLella’s Schoology announcement from Thursday, Sept 12th.

Tips to Prepare:

  • Review your child's Day 1 schedule: list subjects, teachers, and room numbers. 
  • Note: This event is for parents/guardians only. If children must attend, they must remain with you at all times. Bring something to keep them occupied.

Dates:

  • 5th & 6th Grade: Thursday, Sept 26th, 7:00 p.m. - 8:40 p.m.
  • 7th & 8th Grade: Thursday, Sept 19th, 7:00 p.m. - 8:40 p.m.

Parking Information:

  • Consider carpooling with friends or neighbors.
  • Parking is available at T.E.M.S., Conestoga H.S., the Network Operations Center (Howellville Rd.), and the TESD Maintenance Building (Old Lancaster Rd.).
  • Parking on athletic fields via the main entrance may be available, weather permitting.
  • No parking on Old Lancaster Rd. and Conestoga Rd.
Volunteering Opportunity - Picture Day

Picture Day is on Wednesday, September 25th. We need a few parent volunteers to help run the event. This is a great opportunity to see your kids at school! The schedule and signup can be found HERE.

Break the Ice Social!

A big thank you to our amazing TEMS community! Thanks to your incredible support and participation, the first PTO event of the year, Break the Ice, was a huge success. We truly appreciate everyone who joined in and made it such a memorable event! 

Green Initiative

Each of us can make a difference by reducing, reusing, and recycling materials throughout our communities and encouraging our neighbors (and our kids) to do the same.   Did you know TEMS has recycling drop off available all year? See flyer below from the TEMS Green team.
