Spring Flowers Fundraiser

Please support the TEMS PTO by purchasing spring flower bulbs that will blossom into beautiful flowers this summer!

Dutch Mills is a local nursery based near Hershey, PA, who offers flower bulbs shipped from Holland. They have an extensive variety of reasonably-priced flower bulbs which will arrive to your home in early April, and if planted this spring, will grow and bloom into beautiful flowers this summer!

The proceeds from this fundraiser will benefit the various efforts of the TEMS PTO. Please purchase anytime between now-March 15th. Thank you so much for your support!

Book Love

The Book Love Donation Drive is currently underway at TEMS until February 29.  Donate gently used board books and chapter books at the entrances of the school.  These donations will go to Reading Recycled, an organization that puts books in the hands of children in the school district of Philadelphia through stocking sidewalk libraries, filling teacher book banks, and refurbishing old libraries into a new library space.  We are aiming to collect 3,000 books and are currently a little over 1,000 books.  Thanks for your help and generosity!

Community News

While many schools are moving toward integration and inclusion of students with disabilities in general education classrooms, simply being in the room is not enough. Students with disabilities need to participate in ways that lead to deep belonging and connection with peers in their communities.

That’s why the PA Inclusion Collective and the PEAL Center are excited to provide families and educators in Pennsylvania this 3-part series.
