Did you know that the annual Students vs Faculty basketball game at TEMS has been a tradition for over 30 years?

This event has sold out in the past because the gym has limited seating. Student Council will begin to sell tickets on Wednesday, 2/7 (for 8th graders only) and then Thursday 2/8 (for all students).

The student council sells snacks during the event, and the proceeds help cover the cost of end of the year 8th grade activities (Hershey field trip, Battle of the Bulldogs, etc.) and 8th grade’s gift to the school (a graduation tradition). We're currently seeking donations of bagged chips, pre-packaged cookies, soft pretzels, small water bottles, and juice boxes to support the sales event. If you'd like to contribute, you can drop off any food or drink donations in the main office or send them in with students to be delivered to Mrs. Tyrell's classroom, Room 224.

Please note that at this time we cannot guarantee a signed copy but there is still a possibility of getting one since the author is making every effort to sign as many copies as possible, so order NOW!

Stock the Pantry

We are stocking the teachers' lounge with treats and snacks in preparation for their busy week of winter conferences starting on Feb 22nd. This is an easy way to thank and support our wonderful teachers just by placing an order on Amazon. Please join us in thanking our amazing teachers and staff by contributing to our "Stock the Pantry" event! We did this for the teachers before the fall conferences and they were hugely appreciative!

While many schools are moving toward integration and inclusion of students with disabilities in general education classrooms, simply being in the room is not enough. Students with disabilities need to participate in ways that lead to deep belonging and connection with peers in their communities.

That’s why the PA Inclusion Collective and the PEAL Center are excited to provide families and educators in Pennsylvania this 3-part series.
