The Fall Parent-Teacher Conferences at T/E Middle School are scheduled for Tuesday, November 26 (1:15 – 3:10 p.m.) and Monday, December 2 (12:00 – 7:35 p.m.), with 15-minute time slots. Teachers will reach out to schedule a conference if they feel one is needed. However, if a teacher has not requested a conference and you have specific concerns, parents may schedule a meeting with one “Core” teacher per child. Please refer to the email sent to all parents on October 31, 2024, for further details and instructions on setting up a conference.

The link to schedule conferences will be available through the PowerSchool Parent Portal starting on Wednesday, November 6 (8:30 a.m.), and will remain open until Wednesday, November 13 (11:55 p.m.).

Please test your PowerSchool login before the scheduling window opens to confirm access. For assistance, contact familyhelpdesk@tesd.net if you encounter any login issues.

Wednesday, November 6, is picture retake day for any students who were absent on the original picture day or need to have their photos retaken. If it is a retake, the student should bring in the original picture package and give it to the photographer. The new booklet with the latest pictures will not be issued until the old one has been returned back. 

The schedule is:

Gr. 7- 8:45

Gr. 6- 9:15

Gr. 5- 9:45

Gr. 8- 10:15

All 8^th grade students will take a group photo in the large gym during 1^st period that day. All grade 8 students will report to 1^st period after homeroom and will then be brought to the gym by their 1^st period teacher.

On popular request, Joe Corbi's Gourmet Foods fundraiser is back this year. You and your family will be able to stock up on delicious and easy bake-at-home pizza kits, cookie dough, gourmet desserts, and snacks that will be delivered just in time for holiday entertaining. 

The food items will arrive at TEMS on Monday, December 16th. You will be able to pick up the frozen items from school that afternoon and take them home to put into your freezer for holiday entertaining, or to use right away. You also have the option to have your order shipped directly to your home. 

The items are reasonably priced to allow for entertaining lots of kids, guests, and family members and our PTO will get back 5-7$ per item - all of which will be used to support the cultural arts program.
